Who We Are
SILA Skills offers organizations and individuals workshops and seminars based on DBT-informed skills, with a focus on practical application to help individuals avoid reaching a crisis point. While supporting individuals during or after a crisis has merit, we emphasize the importance of early intervention.
Our training equips individuals with emotional regulation, stress management, and effective communication skills, enabling them to manage these skills proactively. The skills we teach help improve overall emotional well-being, resilience, and interpersonal effectiveness in both personal and professional contexts.
